Mr. Paul Ferguson, funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Paige Grove M.B. Church, Utica, MS at 1:00 p.m He will repose in the church 12 noon to 1:00. Visitation will be Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p. m. at Willis and Sons Funeral Home 5235 Robinson Rd Ext., Jackson MS. Interment: Paige Grove Church Cemetery, Utica, MS
Obituary
Paul was born on August 18, 1950 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Aaron C. Ferguson, Jr. At an early age he was baptized at Paige Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Utica, Mississippi. He later joined Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi, under Pastor Jessie Horton.
On July 1, 2019, God called home a faithful believer to eternal glory.
Paul's educational learning was obtaine in the Hinds Cunty School District. He continued his education through Mississippi Job Corp.
He was preceded in death by: his parets; sister, Myra Harris; brother, Willie B. Ferguson; grandson, Quanvarins Parker and daughter, Johnnie Mae Dixon.
Paul leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Willie Nell; his children, Luetricia (Pastor Moses Johnson) of Panola, Mississippi, Antonio (Loretta) Dixon, Reginald (Amana) Dixon, Sr., Recarsha (Lisa) Dixon of Atlanta, Georgia, Dominique (Jessica) Lee and Endia Peterson of Jackson, Mississippi; two brothers, Aaron C. (Angel) Ferguson III of Jacksonville, Florida and Robert (Tasha) Ferguson of Utica, Mississippi; three sisters, Ruby (O.L.) Paige, Ella McGowan and Rosie (Bobby) McGowan, all of Utica, Mississippi; six grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; a special friend, Peter Williams; and a host of sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
