​​​Mrs. Fannie Webb-Williams,  funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Ratliff Chapel MB Church 3656 MS-22, Edwards, MS at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be Friday, November 30, 2018  from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p. m. at Willis and Sons Funeral Home 5235 Robinson Rd Ext., Jackson MS.   Interment: Green Hill Cementary, Edwards, MS.  

Obituary 

Fannie Marie Webb-Williams, "Baby Girl" born on May 6, 1963 to Katie B. Webb and Sam Brown, who preceded her in death.  Fannie was an artist and a self-taught seamstress who loved to sew.  Fannie had a passion for kids and an advocate for education.  Fannie graduated from Edwards Attendance Center and Hinds AHS.  She was a member of the Hinds AHS class of 1980 where she graduated a year earlier than expected.  She continued her formal education at Hinds Community College, Utica Campus where she obtained her AA in Elementary Education.  She Brightened the halls of Jackson Public School with her warm smile and dimples for fourteen years.  On November 23, 2018 at 11:20 am, Fannie gracefully completed her task and transitioned peacefully into eternity.  

Fannie leaves to carry on and continue her legacy:  her loving dedicated son, protector and defender, Mario (Lashawdral) Webb, Edwards, Mississippi; faithful and devoted husband, companion, and friend, Marvin G. Williams, Clinton Mississippi; granddaughter and twinkle in her eye Mari' J. Webb, Edwards, Mississippi; sisters:  her loving caregiver, caretaker and friend, Sammye Brooks, Calumet City, Illinois; Madeline Marshall, Bolton Mississippi; Alma (John) Foster, Sholonda Mosley and Mary (Willie) Dixon, Edwards, Mississippi; brothers:  Lafayette (Yolandia) Webb, Ingelwood, California, Rollie (HiritiiBerhe) Webb, Washington, D.C., Eddie Jones, Jackson, Mississippi, Sammy McCray, Bolton, Mississippi, Henry (Wanda) Mosley and Oscar Thompson, Edwards, Mississippi; aunts, Jessie Jelks and Dottie R. Mosley, Edwards, Mississippi; uncles, Robert Mosley and J.C. Webb, St. Louis Missouri, and Leothis (Alma) Webb, Vicksburg, Mississippi; Sister-in-Law, Loubertha Dorsey, Clinton Mississippi; LerWyne Butler, Justine and Jalisa L Mosley.

Fannie was loved and adored by many including: Johnnie Mitchell, Susie Tucker and Family, Willie Mae Carter, Gertrude Johnson and Family, The Mixon Family, Residents of O Neill Dr., and her caring family of JPS especially the Athletic Department.  

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Wilie Earl Webb.
