Services 

Ms.  Sibley will be laid to rest Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Holy Ghost M.B. Church, Clinton, MS.  Her services will begin at 11:00 a.m.  Committal will be at Garden Memorial Cemetery, Jackson, MS.  Visitation will be  from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.

Obituary 


Nora Delois Sibley, was born February 16, 1933 in Clinton, Mississippi to the late Isaac and Marie Williams.
She confessed Christ at an early age and united with Holy Ghost Missionary Baptist Church. She attended elementary
school at Sumner Hill and high school at Holy Ghost. However, she graduated high school from The Utica
Institute in 1953.

Nora moved to Texas after graduating and lived there for many years. She worked as a domestic housekeeper and a
gas company employee in Ft. Worth, Texas. She relocated to Flint, Michigan in 1969 where she worked for AC Delphi for several years and retired in 1999. While in Flint, she was a faithful member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher for several years. Prior to relocating back to Clinton in 2008, Nora loved traveling.  She visited Paris, Italy, and St. Martin in the Virgin Islands.

Nora was preceded in death by:
Parents: Isaac and Marie Williams
Brothers: Harry Williams, Isaac Williams Jr.,
Joseph Williams, Sr., Jack Williams, Selma Williams and Norman Williams.
Sisters: Mildred Williams, Stella Graves-Terrell and Hattie Williams.
Brother-in-laws: Pastor Daniel Williams, Charlie Bush, Lee Andrew Hicks, Henry Graves, Oscar Terrell and Samuel Henderson.
Sister-in-laws: Annie Laura Williams, Eloise Williams

Nora leaves to cherish her memories:
Two sons: Glynn H. Williams, Monte R. Williams, both of Clinton, MS and an adopted son Keith Smith of Atlanta, Georgia
Grandson: Travion Allen of Flint, Michigan.
Great Granddaughter: Savannah Allen of Flint, Michigan
Three brothers: Paul (Harriet) Williams of Jackson, MS; Theodore (Mary) Williams and Buford (Eunice) Williams both of Clinton, MS.
Two sisters: Bessie Bush of Clinton, MS; Tommiezine Robinson of Mesa, Arizona.
Sister-in-laws: Bonnie Williams of Clinton, MS; Josie Williams of Raymond, MS.
Close cousin: Healon Williams of Clinton, MS
Close friend: Brenda Calhoun of Flint, Michigan.
Her travel group: Blanche and Flo of Flint, MI; Mildred of Utica, MI
